HybridEngine is responsible for processing your personal data. You can reach us at support@hybridengine.app.
Your email (if you sign in), your onboarding answers, your sets, weights, reps and sessions, your streak and level, your settings (units, goal, equipment, weekly days) and, if you upload it, your profile photo. If you sign in with Google we receive your email and photo from that account. We do not ask for your location, contacts or health data beyond what you type.
Only to provide the service: build and adjust your plan, suggest weights, show your progress and sync it across your devices. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
With the providers that make the app work, only for that: Supabase (database, sign-in and photo storage), Vercel (hosting), an email service for your access codes, and Google (optional sign-in and fonts). When payments exist, the payment provider will receive what it needs to charge you.
As long as you have an account. If you delete it, we erase your account, photo, sets and settings from our servers.
You can access, correct or delete your data whenever you want. To delete it yourself: Profile → "Delete my account and data". To request a copy or exercise any other right, write to support@hybridengine.app and we will reply within a reasonable time.
Your data travels encrypted and each person can only read their own. No system is infallible: if we detect an incident that affects you, we will tell you.
HybridEngine is not aimed at people under 16.
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version here with its date.
